One of the wildest ideas I’ve heard of recently is companies encouraging employees to dream while on the job.  A waste of time and money?  Maybe. The more I think about it though, the less wild and crazy the idea seems.  After all, what’s a sure fire way to guarantee humans are engaged, passionate and hopeful.
