This series of workshops is designed to help managers learn how to coach employees to enhance team performance. Awareness of habitual patterns that impede optimum accomplishments in the workplace is a primary focus. Additionally, through exercises, lecture, discussion, homework, and reflection there is ample opportunity for shifts in perspective and learning more effective methods. Management skills will be enhanced by learning ways to facilitate, guide, support, and inspire others.
