Jump Start Your Dreams

Three group sessions, one per month over a three month period, where attendees (1) Begin writing their  list of 100 dreams, (2) Prioritize the dreams they will pursue within the next year, within 5 years, and beyond 5 years, and (3) Develop specific action plans to move themselves toward dream fulfillment.  Reviewing what stalls and fuels us with regard to pursuing and fulfilling our dreams will also be presented.  Sessions can be presented live or via webinar.

Twelve group teambuilding sessions, one per month, over a one-year period, where attendees (1) Begin writing their list of 100 dreams after reviewing what stalls and fuels us with regard to pursuing and fulfilling our dreams; (2) Prioritize the dreams they will pursue within the next year, within 5 years, and beyond 5 years; (3) Develop specific action plans to move themselves toward dream fulfillment.   Sessions 4 – 12 will cover a variety of topics to help the group overcome barriers, stay on course, and increase motivation.  Topics may include: Fear Happens–Go For it Anyway;  Managing Life and Your Dreams; Finding Your Deeper Yes;  Do Your Dreams Have Enough “Wow” for You?; How Our Dreams Impact Others;  Attitude—Do You Have the Right One?;  Control is Just an Illusion; Money and Dreams; Establishing Core Habits.  Sessions can be presented live or via webinar.
